Job Requirements of Content Strategist:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in social media or content creation in healthcare industry
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to work collaboratively and independently
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- None
PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Job performed remotely with ability to travel 4-6 times per year
- Occasional lifting/carrying (20 pounds or less)
- Occasional bending/stooping/reaching/pulling
- Prolonged sitting; and work on a computer
- Moderate stress
This position may require manual dexterity and/or frequent use of the computer, telephone, 10-key, calculator, office machines (copier, scanner, fax) and/or the ability to perform repetitive motions and/or meet production standards to comply with the essential functions.
Also, may require physical and/or mental stamina to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule and/or more than five days per week

Content Strategist
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

Take a look at this full-time position on the TeamHealth Content Marketing Team.
TeamHealth’s full-time Content Strategist will support digital and social media efforts for TeamHealth brand marketing, Business Development, and Client Retention efforts. Focused on the goals of brand building and business growth, this role will concentrate on creating engaging social media posts and content to effectively and creatively tell meaningful stories to our target audiences. The Content Strategist will craft appealing, informative digital content as a frontline voice for our company and brand. The position will also have a strong knowledge of social media, video, and other content trends across platforms and the healthcare industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and edit engaging content for social media platforms, e-blasts, Teamhealth.com, and other marketing and communications efforts
- Schedule social media, social ambassador, and internal platform content posts
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop engaging content
- Assist in video and podcast production
- Adapt key messages to different audiences across platforms
- Keep well-informed of new or trending social media and content creation techniques
- Assist with content marketing execution across digital platforms
