JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Advanced experience with query language and relational database management (SQL Sever, Tableau, Oracle, etc.)
- Expert Excel skills (ability to create & record macros, advance pivot tables, Data Tables, etc.)
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external resources and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and frequent interruptions
- Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and effectively communicate decisions
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient to advanced level software skills (spreadsheet, word-processing, database management)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills

Provider Enrollment Analyst
JOB OVERVIEW
This position’s primary responsibility is to perform analysis, identify risks and render feedback on revenue cycle reporting as it pertains to provider enrollment, billing, and accounts receivables. In addition to providing data and reports to senior leaders, regional provider enrollment leaders, and provider enrollment teams, the position will work to continuously improve visualization and accessibility of data, performance indicators and other metrics to enhance provider enrollment processes and drive improvements. These work activities will lead to more timely processing of enrollment applications and decreasing the timeline for positive cash flow through payer reimbursement. The position will work to ensure compliance with TeamHealth provider enrollment policies/procedures, along with client, payer, state and federal regulatory requirements and standardization efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Generate and perform analysis on monthly reports – including ETM Aging Reports, Productivity Reports, Maintenance Reports, PE Scorecard, and other reports as needed
- Continuously improve visibility to Work In Progress (WIP) by enhancement of visual dashboards and export capabilities within provider enrollment systems
- Collaborate with EIT, Provider Enrollment Technology & regional PE teams to provide data specific to leveraging ETM, HCFS claims and financial data to provide the department with insights as to gaps and recommendations to improve process and performance
- Follow TeamHealth policies, procedures, and protocols in order to ensure accuracy, completeness, and efficiency of provider enrollment processes
- Support provider enrollment analyses of data for reporting, tracking, and data comprehension purposes
- Serve as lead and primary provider enrollment liaison between TeamHealth Provider Enrollment & EIT and external vendors, pertaining to review of and transition to new technology
- Perform other duties as assigned
