Intern - Software Engineering

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineering Intern to join our small but agile team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of software development, including coding, testing, debugging, and collaboration with team members. This position offers a unique chance to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and maintain software applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with coding standards
  • Assist in testing and debugging software to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Learn and apply new technologies and tools as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions to project challenges
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified timelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and seek guidance when needed

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently/previously enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts
  • Experience with at least one programming and/or scripting language (e.g., C#, Angular 2+, PowerShell, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Familiarity with software development tools and technologies (e.g., Git, IDEs, databases, etc.)
  • Adaptability and eagerness to Learn
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
