QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other equivalent relevant degree required
- 6-8 years of experience in recruitment marketing, campaign development and management, employer branding, strategic marketing, and/or corporate brand marketing
- Experience in problem solving, situational analysis and assessments and translating outcomes into strategic solutions
- Highly proficient in project management
- Ability to influence and provide support at all levels of the organization to drive execution of plans
- Experience with Word Press website updates and maintenance
- Ability to manage competing projects and timelines for all cross functional partners
- Effective and responsive written and verbal communications

Individuals will have the opportunity to help launch the next evolution of the Recruitment Marketing organization and blaze the trail of innovation in the Clinician Services sector.
This posting is for a Regular Full-Time opportunity with the TeamHealth Talent Acquisition Team. The Recruitment Marketing Consultant will be integral for developing new initiatives related to Market Level Marketing and working cross functionally to educate our Recruiting partners on Recruitment Marketing campaigns in order to maximize media efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study data and market conditions to help determine qualities of a specified market(reputable school systems, low cost of living, etc.)
- Gather and evaluate market, prospect, and competitor information
- Assist in candidate profiling to captivate our talent pool
- Identify media opportunities unique to given markets actionable
- Assess, identify and develop creative ways to consult with recruiters on effective communication with candidates
- Provide ongoing messaging surrounding marketing activity to maximize on communication efforts across Talent Acquisition
- Research marketing trends to improve candidate experience and engagement
- Create and implement strategies for building a traditional talent network/talent community
- Translate market level research into effective Recruitment Marketing strategies
- Equip Recruiters with Recruitment Marketing levers/tactics
- Host standing recruiter roundtables delivering recruitment marketing best practices and strategies
- Serve as project management for Recruitment Marketing initiatives
- Update TeamHealth careers site on an ongoing basis with new data and market findings
