QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Team-oriented
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience preferred
- Proficiency in various computer applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, database management etc.
- Ability to handle stress
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

- Excellent problem-solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
The Clinical Recruitment Specialist supports the recruiting function by performing administrative/support duties, research, analytical and reporting activities, and project assignments for the Recruiters and Recruiting Leaders. The Specialist is heavily involved in the recruiting process and assists in several key components of the front-end recruiting process including assisting and coordinating daily recruiting activities; Candidate interview schedules, meetings and travel; offer letters, job requisition, job posting, job description, etc. In addition, the recruiting specialist also provides support for back-end recruiting and hiring escalations and reporting to operational and clinical managers / supervisors, candidates, HR managers, vendors and the recruiting team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage the overall recruitment process – candidate correspondence, interview scheduling, candidate travel, expense reimbursement, offer paperwork, new hire information
- Provides support to the Talent Acquisition organization and assist recruiters in all aspects of the recruiting
- Assists with scheduling of interviews, video conferences, development of Itinerary, welcome baskets, dinner and/or lunch reservations, sends calendar invites, itineraries and CVs to interviewers and other related duties.
- Coordinates candidate travel arrangements and obtains proper authorization.
- Coordinate meeting room arrangements and meeting agendas for multiple events including but not limited to candidate interviews.
- Sends and coordinates travel and interview itineraries, benefit information if applicable, job descriptions, W-9, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with hiring Clinical and Operational leaders and other internal partners to ensure interview process is efficient and effective
- Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process
- Attends interviews as necessary.
- Utilizes the systems to obtain reports, searches and listings
- Collaborates with Credentialing and Onboarding to provide regular updates to Senior Clinical Recruiters, Recruitment Leadership, Operational Leaders and Clinical Leaders
- Interacts with Credentialing Onboarding Liaison/Provider Enrollment/VPO to monitor candidate onboarding progress and reports back to Senior Clinical Recruiters and management as appropriate
- Consistently provides accurate and timely recruiting reporting updates to Operational Managers, Recruiters, Recruiting Managers and Recruiting Directors
- Participates in DYAD calls to provide recruitment updates, as necessary
- Initiating work Visa procedures and liaise with Immigration Support Specialists and Legal Department for Visa matters
- Requests Sanction Checks/Work Orders/Pre-boarding if not completed by Senior Clinical Recruiter or Clinical Recruiter
- Provides information to employees and managers on matters pertaining to open positions, recruitment processes and policies
- Assist with escalations throughout the recruiting and onboarding phase
- Coordinate and provide assistance for job fairs and college recruiting / relations efforts
- Responsible for assisting with special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed
- Enters all relevant actions related to the candidate interview (interviews, schedules, etc.) and onboarding into Applicant Tracking System daily
- Adheres to TeamHealth protocols established regarding required information and documentation as well as overall data adherence including the accurate capture of source information
- Documents all actions maintains the integrity in Applicant Tracking Systems and Provider Database accordingly
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested by Recruitment Manager, Director or Vice President.
