- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- One to three years’ experience in system or process training
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high accuracy performance
- Professional interpersonal demeanor with proven oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and in a close team environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience requiring sound judgment and leadership skills
- Knowledge of GE/IDX required
- Additional training in medical reimbursement required

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
The primary objective of the position is to maintain IDX dictionary file set up and maintaining provider numbers loaded in AES. This position works closely with each division Provider Enrollment team to ensure claims are not holding in error due to the provider’s PTAN not loaded correctly or prior to effective date.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter and maintain provider numbers in AES and group numbers in the Group Module
- Modify the providers on hold due to denials being received and change the EMC eligibility flag in AES as needed
- Generate refiles using the DCV Compile process, keep the refile log current, and save excel invoice detail to shared drive
- Generate queries to research and identify issues
- Review the Missing Provider, PE No Claim Hold and Hold Report monthly to identify and correct any charges holding in error
- Coordinate with affiliate Provider Enrollment on questions or issues with loading provider numbers and reports
- Maintain the Provider Number Loading Grid and ensure it is accurate.
- Assist with submitting templates to update IDX dictionary additions and/or modifications
- Review and process invoices in the PE Claim Edit and PE Rejection worklist in ETM.
- Maintain assigned email inbox at 2 days
- Back up for Website Coordinator role
- Perform any additional duties as requested by management
