QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition and/or training
- Working in a remote environment is preferred
- Experience in developing training programs and onboarding processes to meet various learning styles
- Strong ability to conduct virtual training sessions effectively
- Experience with tracking performance metrics and obtaining training feedback
- Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and enterprise systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruitment leadership and teams
PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Job performed remotely
- Prolonged sitting; and work on a computer
- Moderate stress
- Occasional travel may be required with advance notice

The Recruitment Trainer plays a vital role in TeamHealth’s talent acquisition and recruitment by designing, implementing and delivering training and onboarding programs that enhances the performance of the new and current recruiting teams. Working closely with the Recruitment Operations Consultant, this role will be identifying potential training and onboarding initiatives to support new hires, refresher courses, internal transitions and leadership development. Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Consultant, this role will also support Recruitment Operations and the broader Talent Acquisition teams in the areas of training and onboarding new recruitment team members.

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
The Recruitment Trainer plays a vital role in TeamHealth’s talent acquisition and recruitment by designing, implementing and delivering training and onboarding programs that enhances the performance of the new and current recruiting teams. Working closely with the Recruitment Operations Consultant, this role will be identifying potential training and onboarding initiatives to support new hires, refresher courses, internal transitions and leadership development. Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Consultant, this role will also support Recruitment Operations and the broader Talent Acquisition teams in the areas of training and onboarding new recruitment team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and implements onboarding and training programs for new and existing recruiting team members and leadership
- Conducts trainings via Zoom and occasionally in-person for new recruitment team members, new initiatives, and refresher courses for existing team members
- Establishes and maintains a consistent training curriculum with defined 30/60/90-day milestones tailored for all recruitment team members and leaders
- Develops training schedule to facilitate new hire training sessions in tandem with team’s hiring needs
- Creates, updates and maintains training materials and resources on the Recruitment Operations Zenith Channel to support recruiter development and continuous learning
- Provides real-time training support and addresses training inquiries
- Monitors performance metrics and obtains training feedback to ensure alignment with recruiter goals and identify potential training improvements
- Collaborates with the Recruitment Operations Consultant to assess areas of improvement and strategize effective training solutions
- Keeps up to date with changes in TeamHealth recruitment software and processes
- Engages with third-party vendors to assist with software selection, testing, implementation, and training
- Participates in departmental meetings and initiatives to align training programs with business goals and team needs
- Provides back up support to Recruitment Operations team members, as needed
- Performs other related duties, as assigned
